Nelvin Appiah standing on the podium as he received the All-Ireland Gold medal in U16 High Jump on Day 1 of the GloHealth Athletics Ireland National Juvenile Outdoor Championships in Tullamore on July 10th. He beat off stiff competition from both Joseph McEvoy, Nenagh Olympic AC and Lucas Moylan, Naas AC to capture 1st place at 1.84m in wet and slippery conditions.
