After several outing together in cross country Longford AC U15 Boys Christopher Conaty, Joe Reilly, Brendan Finnan and Darren O’Neill have now turned their focus onto the indoor track. Known more for middle distance than sprinting each of the boys dug deep to give their all in the 200m laps to win the set of Connacht Silver medals. They have afew weeks of additional training as they progress to Athletics Ireland National Juvenile Relay finals at the end of the month.
