Once again the club were lucky to have Dean Adams of Speed Solutions – Consultancy deliver a speed workshop at our training centre. Dean, who is a two-time National 60m Champion, delivered a very informative & productive workshop for some of our athletes & coaches. All participants thoroughly enjoyed the session, and intend to put into practice all they learned. Thank you Dean.
